At GTSM, our ingredients are almost all organic, and from whole foods. There is no need to bring in any flavor additives-- you can taste freshness of each ingredient. Our mantra is, "If it doesn't serve your body, then it doesn't belong in the pot" 

Every soup is made from scratch, by hand, in small batches and frozen immediately. 

You will taste each ingredient as fresh as if you made it yourself!
